MARKET MANAGER:
This position is required to prepare sales planning, perform sales, collect outstandings, gather market and competitors' information, share knowledge with collegues, create sales strategy and tactics, and report to managers in productive and cooperative manners.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Visit customers, build good relationship;
2. Prepare and review sales plan, budget, and visit report.
3. Manage business and financial risk, payment of outstandings.
4. Collect market information.
5. Share the knowledge with colleagues and make continuous effort to improve processes of internal and external activities more efficiently.
6. Develop the potential with studying and training.
REQUIREMENTS COMPETENCE:
1. Sincerity and honesty for self management and handlig confidentiality.
2. High analytical, good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to slove problems and develop strategic marketing tools for specific customers.
4. Proficient in Excel, Power Point Presentation and/or database system.
